In November 2012, Jeff Snellenburg was hired as the Executive Director for MAG. Jeff has over twenty years of entrepreneurial, consulting and financial experience. Jeff is currently the President of the PA Angel Network, which supports and provides resources to the angle groups and angel community in Pennsylvania; and is an active member of Delaware Crossing Investor Group, an angel group with locations in Doylestown and Princeton. Jeff frequently speaks about angel investing to regional and national organizations. Jeff continues to work with and advise select start-up, emerging and later stage companies providing financial and operational management expertise including funding strategies, due diligence, project analysis, and other business related services. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Philadelphia University.
Jeff previously owned and operated a regional leader in the fire protection, security and communications service industries which he sold in 2004 to pursue other interests. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University where he earned a B.S.B.A. in finance and holds a M.B.A. from Philadelphia University where he was a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society.
Justin Hanley is an analyst for Mid-Atlantic Angel Group. Justin joined MAG in the summer of 2011. In addition to MAG, Justin is an analyst for Emerald Stage2 Ventures, a Philadelphia-based early stage venture fund that invests in emerging technology companies across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group, Justin spent five years at SEI Investments (NASDAQ: SEIC) in Oaks, PA where he worked as an analyst in the Private Equity accounting department, as well as SEI’s Separately Managed Accounts desk.
Justin earned his Bachelor is Science degree in Business Management from West Chester University, where he was a four-year starter and Captain of the baseball team.
